When done properly and under professional supervision, strength training is safe and beneficial for our kids.  


Our goal is to promote healthy habits, increase confidence, bone development, improve motor skills, boost self esteem, improve mental health, and get kids off the screens and moving their body!


Expect supervised training, proper programming, proper form and technique, and fun, inviting environment!
